Speed limit in town is 60 mph & for highway is 100 mph.
Ski mask are illegal if a cop ask you to take off your mask you must do so!
Amount of weed that is legally is 7 grams, also you must have a weed license.
Class 1 weapons are legal as long as itโs registered, Class 2 are illegal.
Stealing a cop cars or damaging emergency equipment is illegal.
If you are killing someone in self-defense, just put them down, if they are flat back, it will be considered overkill.
If you have a gun license and get caught doing illegal stuff with your gun or get convicted with it, your gun license will be revoked, and you may not get another till your record is cleared and if you get caught with a gun while a felon you will be arrested.
If there is currently only 1 cop in city at the time, do NOT kill them.

These are areas where players can gather without facing hostile actions. However, they are not exempt from the law, and police can still make arrests so be mindful of your activities.

Late Policy - When scheduling an appointment with a realtor please ensure you're at the designated postal within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Failure to do so will lose your position in line to purchase a home and the realtor will move on to the next client.
๐Public PD Information๐

If there is only ONE cop in city DO NOT KILL THEM, I repeat do not kill them because that is the only cop on city and have to make his or her rounds to every crime so if you do it will resort in 100 comms!
Prison Breaks
When trying to break someone out they must be in the same gang as you and they have to be the boss/ underboss. When it comes to hostages for break outs itโs 1 life for another life. For example, if you have an officer hostage itโs their life for the prisoner's life.ย
Also, you can request a prison transport however, it can only be requested by the prisoner/person in custody (PD has the right to deny a prison transport.
Stealing PD Cars
This is simple itโs also in the Bible you should never Iโm mean never under any circumstances steal a PD or any emergency services vehicle. Neither should you blow up a PD or any emergency service vehicles this will resort in 200 comms๐ณ๏ธ.
Body Cams
If all PD are killed during a scene and no one breaks their body cams, 15 minutes after a scene PD can review their body cams and recall what happened and could possibly get a warrant. PD must RP it out.ย
If PD are killed and the criminals RP breaking the cops body cams then the PD cannot be reminded of what happened no matter what!
Hostage & Robbery Situations
Upon arrival of PD to your active scene PD will allow up to 10 mins for the robbery to be completed. If you need more time, you may use 1 of your demands to ask for extended time, which will increase your time to 15 mins total. We are not trying to rush you, however thereโs a lot of crime and we canโt be segregated at 1 location for too long.ย
PD will recognize up to a max of 3 demands for your scene only if you have a hostage. The max amount for hostages are 3 and you CANNOT use a fake hostage. For example if you make someone in your gang dress up and be a hostage you will receive comms.ย
Criminals are only allowed to take PD hostage when there are 5 or more officers currently on duty.ย
You are not allowed to hold EMS hostage under ANY circumstances.
Active Shooting/Active Shooters
If PD rolls up to shots fired and immediately gets shot at, the PD will return with fire and if anyone that is not involved is running around in the area, asking questions or just watching theyโll be given one warning to leave and if they donโt, they will be detained and put to the side until the investigation is over.ย
If PD rolls up to a shootout and are not immediately shot at, PD will set up a perimeter and wait for the shots to be over then PD will investigate who are the attackers and are defending themselves.ย
The only time PD will get involved in a shootout is if shots are fired at PD or if bodies get robbed, also once shots are fired at police anyone in the scene or area with a weapon will be a code red (KOS).
Vehicle Pursuits:
Once a vehicle pursuit starts PD will start a 3-minute pit timer. Once the timer is over PD will have the right to pit you when going 100 mph or below, however if you are on the highway PD have the right to pit you going 130 mph or below.ย
If your off-road in a non-appropriate off-road vehicle or takes stunt jumps PD will announce you as a code orange meaning they are allowed to skip the pit timer, shoot your tires out(not you).ย
If you crash going more than 80mph do not keep driving your vehicle will be considered disabled and you will have to get out and run.
